Hearing Notice

The township Planning Commission and our Planning Consultant has received an application to build a Solar Farm Project in the township.  The 800+ acre project will encompass lands in Sections 10, 15, 21, 22 and 27.  The plans show setbacks and landscaping that will make protect the property owners not involved with the project.  There will be a Planning Commission meeting and a Public Hearing coming up to discuss the plans to be sure they meet the requirements of the Township Zoning Ordinance.  Date and time of the meeting and public hearing will be posted here on the website.

Mr. Roenicke and his son will be conducting property inspections in the vicinity of Poseyville Rd., Lydia St., David Rd., Gordonville and Patterson over the net few months.  Their vehicle will be marked with placards identifying them as Township officials.
