The 2024 Annual Meeting will be held Monday, June 10th at 6:30 prior to the June regular board meeting. All residents are invited to attend. The 2024-2025 Township Budget will be presented at this meeting.

  On Wednesday, May 29th, the Township Supervisor met with representatives of ESA-Solar and Orsted Companies to discuss the potential of locating a solar farm in Ingersoll Township. Even with the passing of Michigan law allowing them to go directly through the State of Michigan for siting of a project, they expressed desire to work directly with the Township to meet the directives cited in the Zoning Ordinance for solar farms . The meeting was primarily a meet and greet between the township and the companies and employees to be involved. The plans are very preliminary at this time and no specific location could be provided. More information will be shared as more progress is made in the planning process.
