Hall Information

Details and Specifications:

  • No tape or thumbtacks on walls, ceilings and picture box frames is allowed.

  • All Hall deposits are returned the following month after the party at the Regular Board meeting held the second week of the month.

Rental Fees

All weddings or events that serve alcohol: $325.00 Resident, $450.00 Non-Resident

All Other Events: $100.00 Resident, $300.00 Non-Resident

Funeral Dinners: No charge to Residents. $100.00 Non-Resident

Business Events:  $325.00 for both Resident and Non-Resident

Business Events that serve alcohol:  $450.00 for both Resident and Non-Resident.

Security Deposit: $100.00 (No alcohol served), $250.00 (Alcohol served)

Hall Protection

If alcohol is served, two security guards will have to be obtained from Conley Security. Guards will stay until Hall is vacated. No alcohol is to be served after 12:00 a.m.

Charitable Organizations

Organizations that are exempt from tax as charitable organizations under section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code may use the Hall on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) free of charge. Charitable organizations may be required to provide a copy of their IRS exemption determination letter. A $100.00 deposit must be paid in advance, which will be refunded if Hall is left in clean condition. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded unless regular rent is paid.

Ingersoll Township Hall Rental Rules

Hall Rental Rules:

  • No tape, thumbtacks or nails allowed on walls or doorways
  • Do not attached anything to the ceiling tile
  • No confetti allowed
  • Remove ALL tape, PAPER and decorations from tables and chairs
  • All chairs and tables must be wiped off, if needed, taken down and put away
  • Remove all food, ice and beverages from refrigerators
  • Wipe up any spill in refrigerators that may have occurred during your rental
  • Wipe off kitchen cabinets and countertops
  • Wipe off stoves and any spills under burners or in the ovens that may have occurred during your rental
  • Leave coffee pots and pitchers clean and put them away in cupboards
  • Take all trash to the dumpster. Take used paper towels from restrooms and add to your garbage before disposing.  Extra garbage bags are under the kitchen sink
  • Sweep the hall and kitchen and wipe up any spills before leaving. Brooms, wet mops, dust mops and dustpans are located in the furnace room
  • Excessive black marks on the floor may result in some of your deposit not being refunded
  • Make sure parking lot and pavilion have been picked up of any litter. Remove garbage from pavilion, trash can and take to dumpster
  • YOU MUST HAVE EVERYTHING REMOVED FROM THE HALL AND THE HALL CLEANED BY 1:00 A.M.

LEAVE THE KEY ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER, TURN OFF LIGHTS, TURN DOWN HEAT TO 62 DEGREES OR TURN OFF THE AC.  LOCK DOOR ON THE WAY OUT
